PART 1 – LAUNCH A LEAN SIX SIGMA INITIATIVE
Setting: Reception Area of the Process Excellence Campus

In this section you will understand how companies sometimes have deep-rooted problems under a surface of “everything is awesome”. In this chapter the CEO reveals to you that things are not the excellent at the Process Excellence Campus or at its innovation center, onsite factory with a quality lab and financial services. Learn about how a process excellence initiative starts emerging.

PART 2 – FORM YOUR FIRST PROCESS EXCELLENCE TEAM AND UNDERSTAND THE HISTORY AND PHILOSOPHY OF PROCESS EXCELLENCE
Setting: Memorial Building at the Process Excellence Campus

Gain the confidence of your improvement team with an interactive interview.

Walk through the origins of process excellence in Japan and the US and get a grasp of the process excellence philosophy that later became Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.

PART 3 – DESIGN THE CORNERSTONES OF A PROCESS EXCELLENCE DEPLOYMENT AND LEARN HOW TO SELECT IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS

In this section you will get a glimpse at how companies implement Lean Six Sigma today. You will be able to outline the main elements and roles of a process excellence deployment in an interactive way, and will begin to understand how culture and process improvement go hand in hand. You will also learn how to select improvement projects from a range of different settings: a financial process, a manufacturing process, a chemical quality control lab and a back office process.

PART 4 – COACH YOUR TEAM IN THEIR INDIVIDUAL PROCESS IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS AND UNDERSTAND THE TOOLS AND METHODS BEHIND LEAN SIX SIGMA

Here you will understand more about the Lean Six Sigma toolkit including the DMAIC cycle and will perform interactive Q&A coaching sessions with your team in order to help them make progress in their improvement projects.

PART 5 – WALK YOUR TEAM THROUGH STEERING COMMITTEE AND UNCOVER THE MAIN ROOT CAUSES OF PROBLEMS (IN ORDER TO CAMPTURE THE NOTORIOUS WASTE MONSTER!)
